sacred space. Please call if you would like to attend.
EarthPrayers - gatherings of spoken word prayers to and for Earth, and music, with
short times for contemplation woven through. Although I have a beautiful collection of
earth prayers, this is a co-creative offering, so anyone can bring a prayer or invocation,
as well as musical instruments to play during or between the prayers. We will do 5
rounds of prayer and contemplation, with a short guided meditation, and then have a
brief time for sharing afterwards.
The Earth deserves our presence, our respect, our honor - these EarthPrayer
gatherings are opportunities to offer the best of our humanity.

Energy Management - How to Keep your mind, emotions, and spirit
balanced during challenging times
We are in interesting and challenging times - globally, politically, economically,
communally, and, for many of us, individually. Our world is changing, and we are being
asked to change with it. There are simple, practical tools with which to manage our
mental, emotional, and even spiritual states of being - energy management - in our daily
lives. Thoughts, emotions, and shifts of consciousness are all energy, so the better
informed and prepared we are in the language of vibration and energy the better our
chances for equilibrium and well-being in our life.
We will cover basic energy anatomy, why energy management is crucial and how it can
help you, practices for clearing, infusing and retuning ourselves, and other easy tools to
support emotional and mental balance.

Using Flower Essences and Essential Oils to Strengthen Our
Connection to Earth and Nature
I am thrilled to be collaborating with Tracie Nichols of the Resiliency Center in offering
some amazing and fun workshops and classes. All will be oriented towards some form
of connecting to and working with earth and nature, to facilitate healing relationships
with the natural world. The first will be this class.
I will teach about flower essences, specifically which ones can help open and sustain
an enhanced connection to the planet and the natural world. Tracie will teach about
essential oils with the same focus. This class is very experiential - we will be working
with both essences and oils during it, and will have some custom blended for purchase as
well.
This offering is designed for those who may be drawn to work more closely with nature
in some healing capacity, for gardeners, geomancers, teachers, or anyone who spends a
lot of time in nature. It is also for those who feel a sense of sadness or grief about the
state of the world and don't know how to make a difference. This is an easy, sweet
place to start, by opening to a greater connection and communication with earth and
nature.
Note - this is not a good class for those with sensitivities to scents. Although we will be
using only the highest grade oils and hydrosols, there will still be strong scents.
